This small cap stock has announced ₹58 interim dividend per share

The company’s board has declared an interim dividend of ₹58 per share, which translates into a 580% dividend against a face value of ₹10 each for the financial year 2023–24.

“The Board of Directors of KDDL Limited (‘the Company’) at its meeting held on Thursday, 18th January, 2024 has, inter alia, considered and declared an Interim Dividend of ₹58 per equity share (i.e. 580%) of ₹10/- each, for the financial year 2023-24,” the company informed in an exchange filing.

KDDL has fixed Friday, June 26, 2024, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders entitled to receive the interim dividend. The interim dividend payment will be made within 30 days from the date of declaration, the filing added.
