A 'new money millionaire' has revealed the many rules she has for her personal assistant, who flies around the world with her to support her business endeavours.
But the list of five rules have people divided - with some slamming businesswoman Polina Nioly Pushkareva for patronising 'the help'.
Polina grew up 'poor' in Russia before going on to become a wealthy, influential business woman.
She owns five businesses and describes herself as a Hollywood movie producer on Instagram.
The young woman claims one of her four personal assistants is 'always with her' and she has some very accommodating rules if they are chosen to travel for work.

The first is her 'per-diem' allowance of $500 - this covers her business clothes, food, taxis and internet when she is on the road.
The second rule is about her staff accommodation - she puts them up in the same five-star hotels, just in a lower grade room.
The third rule is about flying: she only purchases her staff economy tickets.
If they wish to sit with her in business they can upgrade 'using their salary'.
The fourth trip reflects 'good results'.
If it has been a success then the P.A receives a 'luxury gift' as a token of Polina's gratitude.
The fifth rule revolves around working hours.

Polina Nioly Pushkareva 'grew up poor' in Russia before becoming a millionaire - now she is being called out for 'patronising the help'
'When travelling she works four hours in the morning and four in the evening,' she said.
'The rest of the time is her free time.'
She added that they 'became friends' so she usually ends up hanging out with them anyway.
Thousands of people applauded the young mogul for her work perks - but others criticised her.
'Ew. This has big, big "look how nice I am to the help" energy and it is gross!' one woman said.
'Same energy as the people who film being nice to the homeless,' another agreed.

'Did you try to flex by telling us that you purposely downgrade all of her accommodations? And she’s your “friend”?' said another.
Others couldn't believe the businesswoman was being slammed.
'She's literally getting everything paid for - why are people complaining?' one person questioned.
'People will complain about anything,' added another.
One PA chimed in to say that the assistant should be given a business flight - especially if they are required to work a day either side or during the flight but the rest appeared to standard.
