Dani Dyer's fears for England's Jarrod Bowen after Euro 2024 success

Dani Dyer is reported to be feeling conflicted over her partner Jarrod Bowen's success on the football pitch.

The Love Island winner, 27, has been cheering on her boyfriend, Jarrod, in Germany as he represents England in the EUFA European Championship.

West Ham footballer Bowen got his first senior international cap in May 2022 but wasn't included in the England squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup played in Qatar a few months later.

However, he made the cut for Euro 2024 and made his tournament debut as a substitute during England's win over Serbia on Sunday. Despite being happy for her partner, Dani has some worries regarding Jarrod's success on the pitch.

"Dani is the proudest woman in the country right now after Jarrod has become part of the England squad and she knows this is just the beginning for him. She knows how hard he has worked to get here and now he's in the squad, he wants to be a permanent fixture," an insider has disclosed to OK! magazine. But with triumph comes decisions, and according to the same source, Dani is worried that Jarrod may leave West Ham if he really wants to make it on the international stage.

Dani, daughter of EastEnders ' Danny Dyer, formed an adorable pair with the West Ham striker when they met last year. Now, they're living together in Essex, raising Dani's son Santi, three, from a previous relationship, and their one year old twin daughters, Summer and Star.

Mum-of-three Dani, who is famously close to her parents, has previously spoken about how supportive they've been since she became a mother. She expressed, "The way they've been there for me is honestly, just such a dream. "There have been some long nights if Santi's not been well, where I really struggled and I've just needed to have a chat or a sleep in the afternoon and they've been there for me. Knowing I've got them, I am blessed with that."

She further added: "If my mum doesn't see me for a few days, I genuinely really miss her. " Dani even moved back in with her parents while she and Jarrod were moving house last year and is often seen enjoying family get-togethers, showing the tight-knit bond. Jarrod, who seems to have fit perfectly into the family dynamics, has formed a strong friendship with his girlfriend's dad, who is a keen West Ham fan. However, with the unpredictable life of a footballer, our source maintains that the thought of moving for Jarrod's job is a hard pill to swallow."

According to the same source, Dani - who won Love Island with ex-boyfriend Jack Fincham in 2018 - fears Jarrod will be signed up for a club abroad with an offer he can't refuse as there has been some interest already, which would mean turning their whole lives upside down. The insider shared that Dani is "unsure if she would be able to leave her family and her support network" but understands the nature of her boyfriend's career as a professional sports star.

Dani wouldn't be first WAG to grapple with the constant upheaval that comes with being married to a footballer, with stars such as Victoria Beckham, Coleen Rooney and Abbey Clancy all having spoken about the challenges of relocating their lives - with it recently revealed just how miserable a chainsmoking Posh was in Spain during David's time playing for Real Madrid.

However, aside from Dani's concerns about possibly having to relocate, she is also reportedly worried about the most notorious curse associated with footballers - the swarm of female attention. The source explained that this will undoubtedly increase following Jarrod's stint on England's side in the Euros, explaining how now Dani is a fully-fledged England WAG she knows how some of the strongest relationships in the game can crumble.

"Jarrod is going to be more in demand and busier than ever and sadly she's aware that he'll get more and more female attention some women don't seem to care about wives, girlfriends and kids when they see a footballer out and about," the source noted - adding that Dani "obviously she trusts him 100 per cent but their relationship has been quite low-key until now".

But it seems Dani is focusing on cheering Jarrod on and giving him her unwavering support, with the source adding: "Jarrod has so far been the best partner, dad and stepdad and she is just so proud and excited that he is living his dream and wants to support him every step of the way."
