Justin Timberlake has been arrested on a DWI charge in New York, according to multiple outlets.
According to local media outlet Newsday and Good Morning America, Timberlake was arrested on a DWI charge.
A representative for the Sag Harbor Police Department told PEOPLE the singer, 43, is in police custody. Police will be releasing a statement on June 18.
An arraignment was scheduled for Tuesday, June 18, according to local media outlet Newsday.
A representative for Timberlake did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
