UK retailer Superdry's restructuring plan receives court approval

(Reuters) - Britain's Superdry received court approval for its restructuring strategy on Monday in an effort to keep the fashion retailer from going into administration, the company said.
The court sanction comes as the company's independent directors on Friday approved a proposed fundraising to help turnaround the company's finances.
