New York Jets Flight Connections 06/17/24

Good morning Gang Green Nation! Two and a half months ago the New York Jets made a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles to acquire Haason Reddick. Initially it was exciting to acquire one of the NFL’s best pass rushers. Some of that excitement has faded as Reddick has been a no show at all team activities since the trade. There is speculation he may hold out of training camp to try to leverage the situation into a new contract. I doubt it comes to that. If it does, however, that would create a huge opening for Will McDonald to become a key cog in the Jets’ pass rush. I would be excited to see how that unfolded. I think McDonald has the potential to become a double digit sack dude this season, with or without Reddick. We’ll see how it goes, but count me in on looking forward to Will McDonald becoming a force to be reckoned with in his sophomore season with the Jets.
