'Resilient' Latrell ready for Origin comeback
Well over 100 young footy fans from across NSW have come here into the NSW Centre of Excellence to join the Blues for a mini footy clinic today. Some travelling more than six hours just to get here. And it not only means the world to the kids but also to the NSW players fully come back to grassroots my way, remember where you come from and Hogatari and William here. So I'm pretty stoked to see them. And you see all the boys faces light up when you see the old club. So now the dream starts somewhere and for them now it's about seeing their heroes who've been around while they play for, you know, fun. That's what it's about. And the troll Mitchell was lapping it up here. He's also pretty excited to be back in blue after a number of years out of the Origin arena. He says he can't wait to once again represent his state. Had to overcome a lot of things and it's made me more resent, bit more smarter and we'll go from there. But yeah, it's been really good. It's obviously situations aren't for a reason. And but, you know, I think tied to turning and I'm here. And another fresh face is Camp Mitchell Moses. He's back in the #7 jersey this year after missing game one due to injury. He says he's ready to relish this opportunity and doesn't mind the pressure that comes with that 7 jersey. It's all the moments that you dream of as a kid and as a halfback. I mean, you want to be in these situations and. It's a big opportunity for myself and and the boys as well. It's not, it's not going to just be one player, it's going to be all of us. We've got to put in a performance and hopefully we can do that Wednesday week. Will head out to their camp in the Blue Mountains this week before of course, game two of State of Origin at the MCG next Wednesday night. And of course you catch the all the action right here live and exclusive on Nines Wide World of Sports.
