Falling asleep on a plane is no easy feat but savvy travellers have found an 'amazing' product that has helped them snooze while flying. The This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray is a soothing blend of lavender, vetivert and camomile that when spritzed on a pillow, blanket or clothing is said to help reduce sleep anxiety and improve sleep quality.
