Dangerous heat dome this week across Ontario and Quebec
We are continuing to track this massive heat Dome that may bring a threat for thunderstorms daily as we head into this upcoming work week across Ontario and Quebec, potentially five to seven days of seeing this heat and humidity that is well above seasonal for this time of year. Now here's a look at Mondays Humidx forecast feels like 37 down towards Toronto, feels like 43 in Windsor. Up throughout areas like Montreal, 37 as well. This heat will slowly make its way over into Atlantic Canada into the coming days. But this heat and humidity like I mentioned. Is bringing a threat for some storms as we head into your Monday afternoon down towards southwestern Ontario. Valdor Timmons shop below These regions here in Orange have a threat to see severe storms as we track into your Monday afternoon into the evening hours because of this warm front here. That's what we're going to be seeing those storms later into the evening hours along the shores of Huron up towards Timmins Valdor potential for a little bit of rotation as these storms could be quite severe in nature as well. But we're tracking in all this muggy moisture from the Gulf of Mexico. Which is why we're seeing temperatures a lot more or feeling rather a lot more warmer than they actually are. Now, by Wednesday, these temperatures are going to be 57810 degrees above where they should be for this time of year. Now, yes, what the heat, the risk for thunderstorms rather continues as we head into the next five to seven days. But when will we be seeing a break from this heat?
