Ajit Doval To Be National Security Advisor For The Third Time | Modi 3.0 Cabinet | Ajit Doval News

And big breaking news coming in. And sticking with the theme of continuity, when it comes to Modi 3.0, there will be a third term for National Security Adviser Ajit Doval. He will remain the NSA for the third time. Ladies and gentlemen, this is a Cabinet minister level rank for the National Security Adviser Ajit Doval. That is a big piece of breaking news that's coming in. Prime Minister Modi continuing the theme of continuity for his third term at the helm of affairs in the central government and Ajit Doval, the architect of Indias national security plan will continue as National Security adviser. This will be Ajit Doval third term as NSA that has been confirmed is a big piece of break news that's coming in where Ajit Doval will continue to hold a cabinet minister level rank is what we are learning when it comes to the contours of Modi 3 point O ladies and gentlemen and Modi continuing the theme of continuity where a third term for NSA Ajit Doval, he will be the national security adviser for the third time and ensure that the national security agenda remain remains in play given the challenges faced by the nation, both from China as well as Pakistan. I'm joined by my colleague Pallavi Ghosh on the broadcast. So Pallavi, as I was pointing out, Ajit Doval, a man central to the Modi governments national security agenda, continuing for a third term as national security adviser, the theme of continuity from Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh to SJ Shankar and now even to Ajit Doval. Yes, again the same thing we are talking about Ayushman, continuity and stability is the password. And Ajit Doval as we all know has been Co terminal and he's also been seen to have a very aggressive national security policy and these are delicate times. We are seeing a spurt anti interior activities in Jammu. The Prime Minister and inside the Home Minister have gone on record to say that they do hope to hold elections soon in Jammu and Kashmir as a befitting reply to all those who want to derail the process of normalcy in the Valley as well as in Jammu. I think under Ajit Doval it is going to be yet another messaging which he sent out to the man who's considered to be the tough talker with James Bond as some people also call him. So his term has been extended as of now for the next 5 years as far as his coterminous with the tenure till the next Lok Sabha elections and upon him will be also to ensure that the security situation in the country is insulated from the world developments which are taking place where sequels happening Israel, a little bit of turmoil happening in many parts of Middle East but more importantly within our country visa we are relations with China, particularly with Pakistan. This is something which he will be expected to work upon. So this is once again another message from the Prime Minister that I have been satisfied with the work of the NSA and thereby the continuity continues. Absolutely. One of the biggest planks of the Modi government Pallavi has been national security given the surgical strikes and the Balakot airstrike, something that has been credited to NSA Ajit Doval and Prime Minister Modi. Continuing with that with that same theme for Modi 3.0 also what were learning is that Doctor PK Mishra remains the Principal Secretary for the second time. So not just Ajit Doval, even PK Mishra will continue as the principal secretary. Bureaucracy of of course is the backbone of the running of any government just as a security apprentice is a backbone. And just to come back here, Ajit Dovaal factor Ayushman, if you remember this recently when acts of terror took place in Jammu and in Rita, what was it that the defense minister said? He said we are going to give a fitting reply to those who are responsible for it. Ajit Dovas extension of his tenure is also a messaging to our opponents and those who stoke terror on an assail across the border like Pakistan, also like, look, we have this tough talk, we have this tough words and we really mean we are going to walk the talk. And you're absolutely right, Ayushman, the hallmark of this government really has been the fact that you have to talk, talk, talk, talk. As far as security is concerned, retaliation to Pulwana in terms of Balakot airstrike, the surgical airstrike, as they are called. These are all going to be a part of the narrative builder by the Modi government in the third term. Absolutely. Thank you, Pallavi, for joining us on the broadcast with that big piece of breaking news. And that's all we have to pack in on the show. Up next, my colleague Akanksha with The Nation at 5:00. Thank you for watching CNBC TV18. For all the latest news and updates, do follow us on our social media platforms.
