Habagat affects parts of Southern Luzon, Visayas

The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) may cause cloudy to rainy conditions in the western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas.
According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Saturday afternoon, the Southwest Monsoon may bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in Palawan, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in Western Visayas and the rest of Mimaropa.
The rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides may occur as a result of these weather conditions.
Meanwhile, light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters will be felt across the Philippines.
