Chefs from the Americas are competing in New Orleans in hopes of making finals in France
I'm honored to be the host president for not only New Orleans, but for Beau Costa or and the World Cup of Pastry. Having both of them right here. It's it's the certainly the culinary Olympics of the world. For sure. It's the candola crime from the pastry chef in their country. Once arrived to his destination in Mexico. For me, it's about taste, it's about presentation, it's about cleanliness, it's about how you work those ingredients. It's about how you work the kitchen. I mean, I think you got to, you got to 0 in on those things. There'll be a lot of other little, little things that come along, but those are the five big ones that I think the judges are certainly going to be looking for.
