In partnership with real estate service Home Visuals UK, property group Zoopla has highlighted three effective home improvements to boost sales of homes on Instagram.
In a video shared on their Instagram page @zoopla last December, the property experts emphasised the potential impact of these renovations.
The caption reads: 'Did you know a loft conversion is thought to boost your home's value by up to 15%? Not only lofts – off-street parking, a revamped kitchen, or a garage conversion can yield similar results.'
