Tata Stock Rs 70 DIVIDEND: A Tata Group company had in April declared its financial results for the January-March 2024 quarter and recommended its highest-ever dividend payout for the shareholders. The company has now intimated the record date and when payment for the same will be made.
Leading design and technology services provider for Automotive, Broadcast, Communications, Healthcare, and Transportation, Tata Elxsi on Tuesday shared details about its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the book closure for the purpose of the dividend payout.
The Tata Group company on April 23, 2024, said the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of 700 per cent at Rs 70 per equity share of Rs 10 for the financial year 2023-24. Notably, this is the highest-ever dividend payout announced by Tata Elxsi. For the financial year 2023, it had declared a dividend of Rs 60.60 per equity share.
Tata Elxsi Dividend 2024 Record Date
In a fresh update, Tata Elxsi has fixed the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the dividend payout.
“Dividends will be payable to those shareholders whose names appear in the list of beneficial owners as at the closure of business hours on Tuesday, June 25, 2024,” Tata Elxsi said in an exchange filing.

Payment of the Rs 70 dividend per share will be made next month, Tata Elxsi has informed. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after July 16, 2024, the company stated.
