The red carpet premiere of "Le Comte de Monte-Cristo" during the 2024 Cannes Film Festival featured a bevy of A-list stars wearing designer threads. The Wednesday premiere featured high-fashion looks from Kelly Rowland, Elsa Hosk and more, who wore pieces from various designers and a few couture collections.

Kelly Rowland opted for ethereal elegance in this one-shoulder gown designed by Jean Louis Sabaji. The ivory dress featured a dramatic statement sleeves and gathered fabric that flowed behind the skirt of Rowland's dress to create a train. The gown also featured glittering embellishments where the fabric was gathered at the waist. Rowland's look was curated by stylist Wilford Lenov.

Elsa Hosk elevated black-and-white dressing in this Prabal Gurung gown. The floor-length, strapless dress featured a black, A-line skirt with white, structured fabric on the bustline. The white fabric was bustled to the back of Hosk's dress, cascading behind her for a dramatic, billowing train. The model also wore jewelry courtesy of Tiffany & Co.

Winnie Harlow fashioned this ornate black lace dress with a mesh train and floral details in a deep purple hue from Zuhair Murad's fall 2023 couture collection. The statement gown also featured a high-low look, featuring a minidress with the mesh train flowing behind Harlow.

Izabel Goulart also wore a selection from Zuhair Murad's fall 2023 couture collection. The model fashioned a white chiffon gown with a black lace bodysuit and floral appliqués on the one-shoulder gown.

Didi Stone made a statement in this selection from Stéphane Rolland's spring 2024 collection. The look highlighted the possibilities of fabric draping, with Stone fashioning the piece with a long train and wrapping the garment around her upper body in such a way that it framed her face. Stone also wore layers of frayed black accents around her neck and chest and wore bands of fabric along her lower arm with white encrusted accents.
The 77th annual Cannes Film Festival occurs from May 14 to 25. "Barbie" director Greta Gerwig serves as the jury president for this year's festival, held in the South of France. Several high-profile premieres, including Francis Ford Coppola's "Megalopolis" and "Furiosa" starring Anya Taylor-Joy, are expected to take place, while Meryl Streep will receive an honorary Palme d'Or.
