Diane Kruger looks stylish in a white minidress as she speaks at the Human Prize event during Cannes Film Festival

Diane Kruger cuts a stylish figure in a white minidress as she attended the Human Prize event at the 77th annual Cannes Film Festival on Thursday.

The actress, 47, looked incredible in the sleeveless number which featured an eye-catching sheer netted panel around the hem.

She added inches to her frame in a pair of coordinated sandals and shielded from the sun behind a pair of cool white framed sunglasses.

Leaving her long blonde tresses in loose waves, the Troy star clipped her fringe back with two dazzling silver clips.

Diane seemed in good spirits as she posed for photos at the event before putting on a wireless headset microphone to speak to guests.

During the day, she posed with French film director Camille Etienne who looked stylish in a beige oversized blazer and matching wide legged trousers.

They were also joined by actress Golshifteh Farahani who turned heads in a pattered pink maxi dress which she teamed with gold sandals and dramatic drop earrings.

It comes after Diane looked sensational as she attended the photocall for The Shrouds on Tuesday.

The actress wowed in a strapless duck egg satin pleated midi dress, adorned with mesh thrills.

The star completed the look with some small white heels and sparkling diamond heart earrings.

Diane, who plays Becca in the film, was joined by her co-stars Vincent Cassel, Guy Pearce and Sandrine Holt as they posed together for snaps.

The Shrouds earnt a subdued 3.5 minute standing ovation from the audience as director David Cronenburg returned to the south of France to premiere the film at this year's festival.

The project is a rather personal one - inspired by the 2017 death of his wife Carolyn Zeifman, who he had been married to since 1979.

The 81-year-old director put an end to the standing ovation himself, according to The Hollywood Reporter, when he took the mic and thanked the crowd.

'This is the first time I’ve seen the movie with an audience, and it’s completely different. I’m very happy that you are all here,' the director said.

The report described the reception as 'rather reserved,' speculating that fans were simply being respectful of the director, given how it was inspired by his wife's death.

However another report from Variety described the ovation as 'polite' and 'lackluster,' compared to raucous ovations received by other films.
