Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann will be making separate trips to their shared bedroom closet under a new court order amid their split.

A judge has ruled that the Real Housewives Of Atlanta alum, 45, and the former NFL star, 38, have to adhere to a strict schedule in using the closet in their Georgia mansion, according to court documents obtained by TMZ on Friday.

Kim has been authorized to enter their master bedroom closet Monday to Friday, limited to the timeframe from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Kroy is strictly prohibited from using the closet during those hours, meaning Kim has exclusive access. While Kroy doesn't have set hours, he can access his wardrobe before or after Kim's designated time.

The new arrangement comes almost six months after a judge ruled Kim to stay in the basement/nanny quarters of their home, while Kroy remains upstairs in the primary bedroom.

The report on Friday also follows the news that the former couple are on the brink of losing their home as their lender issued a warning of foreclosure, unless legal action is taken.

In January, the duo dropped the price of the mansion to $4.5 million, after initially listing it on the market in October for $6 million.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 45, and retired NFL player, 38, have been put on notice that the bank plans to initiate a non-judicial foreclosure proceeding on or after May 3, per the outlet.

The specified date doesn't mandate an immediate eviction for Kim and Kroy, but it does signify the start of legal procedures.

In the midst of soaring interest rates and a sluggish real estate market, the couple sought to expedite the sale of the house.

The sale of the house came as a judge ordered Kim to live in the basement of the Georgia home amid the ugly divorce battle.

In an attempt to keep peace while the pair still share a home, the judge ruled Kim to stay in the basement/nanny quarters, while the former NFL star will be upstairs in the primary bedroom.

'Neither party shall enter the other party’s individually awarded space in the marital residence without permission,' read the documents, per the outlet.

However, Kim and Kroy were allowed to freely roam the common areas such as the kitchen and living room in the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home, which they purchased in 2012 for $880,000.

The judge also ordered the pair to act civilly towards one another in an effort to protect the couple's 4 young kids -- Kroy 'KJ', 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, nine.

'Neither parent shall disparage the other parent in the presence of or earshot of the minor children,' the documents read.

Another stipulation stated that neither parent is allowed to listen in on the other parent's time with the children, and the children cannot be utilized as messengers between the parents.

Kroy had also legally adopted Kim's two daughters from a previous relationship: Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21

The judge's order comes just days after Kim and Kroy officially put their lavish Georgia mansion on the market ahead of a slated foreclosure in November.

The home - which has been featured on the Bravo spinoff series, Don't Be Tardy - boasts 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms as well as amenities that include a swimming pool, wine cellar, arcade and a movie theater.

Drama has surrounded the pair's home in the past, such as the estate being falsely listed for $3.2 million earlier this month.

In February, their house was reportedly in foreclosure and slated to be auctioned off in March. However, Kim denied the claims and an insider told People at the time that the pair took 'action' to resolve any issues.

In the legal documents Kroy filed in September, the former Atlanta Falcons player requested the court allow him to move forward in putting the family's Milton, Georgia mansion on the market, stating it was on the brink of foreclosure.

The NFL alum made allegations against Kim after she called police May 4 at their Milton, Georgia mansion, prior to his first divorce filing.

The accusations about Kim's gambling losses were seen in a Milton Police Department bodycam video after officers responded to the home after Kim reported a domestic dispute.

During the incident, Kim told police that Kroy had locked in a safe a cache of valuable items she owned that were worth $175,000 - including designer purses and jewelry - and hid the key from her.

Kroy said he believed the lot of items fell under the classification of community property, adding of the items: 'The problem is these are the assets, there are no [other] assets to go to.'

He also told officers they had continued to sleep in the same bed but did not engage with one another.

News broke in July that the reality TV pair had decided not to split, withdrawing their divorce papers in Superior Court of Fulton County in Georgia. They were seen shortly before attending a church together in Atlanta.

Following the second divorce filing, a source to People earlier this month that both Kim and Kroy are 'still under the same roof,' but revealed that all was far from well, adding, 'it's a money war right now.'

Despite living together, the insider explained that the estranged couple are 'not trying to get back together.'

In their first two months of being split - in which both asked the court for sole legal and physical custody of their four younger children - Kim and Kroy took issue with one another in court documents.

Kim said that Kroy smokes marijuana, calling into credibility his ability to raise their kids; while Kroy claimed that Kim's gambling habit has consumed her time and decimated the family finances.
