NFL writer picks two Patriots in building all-time best offense

We've officially hit the dead zone of the New England Patriots' offseason with mandatory minicamp and organized team activity sessions in the rearview and training camp nearly a month away.

This is the time of year when everyone reflects on, ranks or predicts nearly everything in the sport. That's especially the case with how players compare to those who came before them

Pro Football Network's Dallas Robinson recently joined in on the action by building his best all-time NFL offense, which consists of a quarterback, running back, tight end, three wide receivers and five offensive linemen.

In this exercise, Robinson had two former Patriots make his team - quarterback Tom Brady and wide receiver Randy Moss.

Brady is the obvious choice for the quarterback, winning seven Super Bowls in his career, but Moss was the second wide receiver selected after former San Francisco 49ers wideout Jerry Rice.

Tony Gonzalez was chosen as the tight end, but New England could've had three selections with Rob Gronkowski being in the conversation for the best tight end in NFL history.

The rest of Robinson's offense included Jim Brown, Terrell Owens, Anthony Munoz, Randal McDaniel, Bruce Matthews, Larry Allen and Jim Parker.
