Labour to boost students career advice and work experience
So I want to make sure that all young people got access to high quality careers guidance and also two weeks worth of work experience. Too many young people aren't getting the expert advice that they need in order to make really good choices about the future, about the careers and opportunities that are out there. And Labour's plan is to end the tax breaks that private schools enjoy and to invest that money in our schools and colleges. And one area where we'll put extra resource is on making sure that all young people have access to high quality careers guidance and work experience. Labour government will reset and rebuild that relationship between government and schools. But we can only do that if we form the next government and that requires people to go out and vote for the change that. Right across our schools and with families too. They want that to happen, but in order to do it, people have to vote for it.
