Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale is here and it's one of the best times to save on brands you already know and love.
This is their best sale of the year, with deeper discounts than you'll find during any of their other promotions. Not to mention that they're putting brands on sale that very rarely get any price cuts. You can preview the sale now, where you'll find price cuts on Birkenstock slides, Rag & Bone Jeans for nearly half off, and bulk deals on Supergoop sunscreen that you won't find anywhere else.
But all of this means that deals are likely to disappear if you don't scoop them up before the sale ends on August 4.
When is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?
The 2024 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is happening for everyone from July 14 until August 4. But if you have a Nordstrom credit card, you'll be able to get early access and snap up great deals before the general public has an opportunity to shop them. See below for early access details.

What are the best things to buy during the Anniversary Sale?
While you can get great deals across all categories, we highly recommend paying special attention to Nordstrom's beauty and grooming deals. You won't just get plain price cuts during Nordstrom's sale on beauty products; you'll also get Beauty Exclusives, which are bundles of products you can get at special prices. For example, you can get two jars of the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base Moisturizer & Primer Duo (which would usually run you $138, or $69 each) for $74.
In addition to bundling, you can also save by purchasing exclusive kits like this Trish McEvoy Dare To Be Gorgeous Set that includes a tremendous selection of everything you need to put on a full face of makeup, from concealer to eyeshadow to lip gloss. The retail value of everything in the kit is $697, but you can get it during the sale for $275.
How do I get early access to the sale?
You can apply here for the Nordstrom card and get inducted into the Nordy Club, which gets you early access to the Anniversary Sale.
There are three tiers of Nordy Club status, depending on how much you spend on your Nordstrom credit card. The entry-level tier is Influencers, which you'll be inducted into the moment you sign up for the card. How to maximize discounts
The best way to maximize discounts during the anniversary sale is to get a Nordstrom credit card. You save money with the card by earning points based on your spending. Influencer status gets you two points per dollar, and the points increase as your status increases. Certain spending categories, like beauty, can earn you double or triple points.
Plus, signing up for a card immediately gets you a $40 note to spend at a later date.
