The recovery today, we're going to take a little bit of the forest bathing idea. We're going to get outside, got beautiful sunshine, clear blue skies. We're going to take some of that sun energy into ourselves, get those rays on our skin and we're going to use the breath to feel at ease taking some of that energy from the morning air. Hands traveling upwards and you're going to lean back, greet the skies and chest moves up to the sky. Use that back foot for your balance. Coming back up, you're going to hinge on the hips, get that forward reach, so grow the spine out of your waist. And then coming back up again, press your hands together in that position of grace and gratitude.
