Joe Wicks leads workout session at Glastonbury
You've been a few times. I'm not a very good singer, so I'm just going to get clapping if you want to sing so they can sing along with me, right? So what we're going to do, OK, guys, we're going to get Watsons warming ourselves up a little bit. Can't believe how many people here. Thank you. Good. Left to right. Perfect. Next one, lift your knees and mark to the spot. Lift those arms good, nice and high. Keep going everyone, and jump up. Let's go. Touch up toes and jump and jump. Let's go. Please. Jump in here. Touch your toes, jump up. Nice. All right, keep it going. Let's do hooks. Look, look, look good. Cookie, cookie, cookie one and relax. Give it up two. I've got another great exercise. Well, I'm here for my second ever Glastonbury. Last year I came and I was in this very stage. It was a beautiful sunny day and I did work out not knowing how many people turn up and about 2000 people came. So this year I'm back to the same thing. I want to bring fitness to the festival, get people moving and give everyone a big smile to start their weekend with. So I'm going to be doing one of my sort of traditional sort of pee with Joe style hit workout. So all on our feet. We're not going to be getting down on the ground, but you know, running on the spot, couple of spider man lunges, climb the ropes, few squat jumps and things. And I love just getting people moving. So when I see the crowd, there'll be toddlers, there'll be kids, you know, mums, dads, grandparents and I love that. I love the exercise kind of transcends age and anyone can have a go. So people that have done my lockdown workouts, you know, the PE with Joe stuff will be here today and they'll just want to see me after and say thank you. So I always love, I love doing these events. You know, I don't need to be here doing this, but I actually love it. So it's good. So last year I was on this stage here in the theatre and circus area. I'm back here today, but tomorrow I'm going up another level. I'm going to the park stage. So at 10:00 AM tomorrow, hopefully an even bigger workout, maybe we'll get 3 or 4000 people there. And then my real ambition. You know where I'm going, don't you? I want to be on the pyramid stage. So next year I'm hoping for getting their good books and I deliver a great session. Maybe they say, look, bring it to the pyramid. Let's make it an epic. First ever hit workout on the pyramid stage. Yeah, so little boy #4 So I've got girl, boy, girl, boy. Like I'm so happy. I'm so content because I feel like my family is complete now. And we named him officially yesterday. I was just testing out the name for a week, see if I loved it. But yeah, he's a little dusty. And he's cute, man, cute little boy. He looks just like my other boy Marley. So we've got an indie Marley, Lenny and Dusty. And yeah, Rose is good, Baby's good. And I'm just saying I'm just not getting much sleep. So I need this workout to give me some energy there at home, actually. See, I would have loved to have had Rosie here. And in my vision, Rosie is on the other Glastonbury ticket. But at last minute I had to call in and say, look, my friend Justin's coming instead. So unfortunately, Rosie, I have to be watching on TV this year, but I'll bring it back next year. We just like, I love names that end in the E sound. Obviously. It's like Poppy Daisy, you know, Woody. So the name Dustin, it's a bit of a cowboy name. But when I look at my little boy Marley, I was thinking he's such a cool dude. Like he rides motorbikes, he skates, you know, I thought, I thought if you were a Dusty, that's a pretty cool name. So we sort of went with it and I just thought need to meet the kid and make sure he's a Dusty. But yeah, he's AI don't know he's a dusty as dusty as these fields. That's one thing we haven't got is a middle name. So if you got any ideas, because it's it's obviously it's like an adjective as well. So you know, Dusty balls, dusty busted. What can you call him? Do you know what I mean? We haven't got a middle name.
