Starbucks Coffee Australia to open first WA drive-through stores as details about expansion revealed

Iconic coffee chain Starbucks has revealed details of its expansion into WA, announcing its first three locations will be open before Christmas.

Piara Waters, Clarkson and Murdoch will be home to the State’s first Starbucks and are all set to start welcoming coffee lovers before the end of the year.

Another nine cafes — including venues in Hammond Park, Butler and Bayswater — are set to open early next year.

The stores will be drive-through but will have a seating area in the cafe for those wanting to dine in.

“Western Australians have long asked us to expand into their great state, and we know our convenient drive-thru locations will deliver on our unique co;ee culture and convenience to Perth and surrounds,” Mr Smith said.

“As a Western Australian, I know how much we love our coffee and community, and Starbucks will be there for every occasion.”
