As to the Capital Development Authority’s (CDA) official Facebook page, the Metropolitan Corporation of Islamabad has initiated “Free yoga classes in F-9 Park” in the capital. The CDA is accountable for the maintenance of Islamabad.

PTI mentioned that, the CDA said, “Many people have already joined in to kickstart their journey towards health and wellness.”
In addition to showcasing images of individuals engaging in yoga sessions, the platform shared captivating visuals capturing the serene ambiance and participants immersed in various poses, fostering a sense of tranquility and promoting the benefits of yoga for physical and mental well-being.
