ÇEVRE, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı öncülüğünde yürütülen, konut hamlesi kapsamında Emlak Konut ve Türk Hava Yolları işbirliği ile İstanbul’da evi olmayanları ev sahibi yapmak amacıyla hayata geçirilen ‘Yenişehir Evleri Arnavutköy Projesi’nin ilk iki etap kuraları çekildi. Kriterleri sağlayan 374 bin 778 kişi kuraya dahil edildi.

Törende toplamda 2 bin 894 asil, 2 bin 894 de yedek alıcı belirlendi.

Kadıköy 9. Noterliği huzurunda canlı yayınla yapılan kura sonrasında Emlak Konut Genel Müdürü Cengiz Erdem açıklama yaptı. Erdem, “Belirlediğimiz kategorilerde kura şartlarını sağlayarak ev sahibi olmaya hak kazanan tüm vatandaşlarımıza sürecin hayırlı uğurlu olmasını temenni ediyorum” dedi.

Sıfır Atık altyapısına sahip, az katlı ve yatay mimari anlayışıyla tasarlanan Yenişehir Evleri Arnavutköy Projesi, zemin+6 kat olacak şekilde planlandı. 2894 adet bağımsız bölüm üzerinden engelli vatandaşlara, şehit ve gazi yakınlarına yüzde 5, gençlere ise yüzde 20 kontenjan hakkı tanınan projenin ilk iki etabında 43 adet 1+1, 1851 adet 2+1, 1000 adet 3+1 daire tipi yer alıyor.
