It has a loft *and* a bathroom.
Amazon
We’ve bought a lot of interesting things from Amazon over the years, from a magic sticky ball to a giant dog bed for humans, but one thing we never thought we’d ever be able to find on there is a tiny house. Yes, you read that correctly—you can buy a full-on tiny house on Amazon, and have it delivered to your current home in just a few weeks. And not just any tiny house—an A-frame that runs completely on solar.
In the past few years, tiny homes have gained popularity for many reasons, but one of the most common reasons is financial. About 68 percent of tiny house homeowners don’t have a mortgage, 60 percent have zero credit card debt, and 65 percent of Americans from this survey said they would consider buying a tiny home because of the housing market. You can see the appeal. But whether you plan on ditching your current living situation or not, the fact that a tiny home is available for purchase on Amazon is pretty unbelievable. The Generic Handmade Modern Design Triangular Portable Wooden House costs only $9,000, and comes prefabricated (meaning at least partly pre-built). Plus, plenty of people have found other uses for it, too, like transforming it into an art or yoga studio, making it a she shed, or offering it as a guest house.

Since the home comes prefabricated, you simply fold it out to “build” it. If you ever decide to move the portable home, you can fold it closed again for easier transport. Made of wood, steel, and other durable, high-quality metal materials, the house measures 270 by 200 by 250 feet, features a bathroom, first-floor living space, and a floating loft above. It also has sliding doors, and runs on solar power, significantly reducing your carbon footprint.
This isn’t the only tiny home we’ve seen on Amazon either. There are quite a bit to choose from, but this style is by far and away the cheapest one we’ve seen available at Amazon. While some other prefabricated kits can range from $14,000 to $31,000, this trendy A-frame costs less than $10,000. That’s probably equivalent (or even less than) a down payment on a house. And with its unique solar capabilities, you’d be saving tons of money on electric bills, too.
For $9,000 you can transform the Generic Handmade Modern Design Triangular Portable Wooden House into the studio, guest house, she shed, Airbnb, or tiny home you’ve always wanted. Grab some more tiny home inspiration with more Amazon tiny houses below.
