On Monday night, former four-star Ohio State running back Dallan Hayden officially entered the NCAA Transfer Portal.
He’s already receiving plenty of interest, On3Sports’ Steve Wiltfong reports.
“One of the most talented players in the transfer portal, former Ohio State RB Dallan Hayden says ‘Colorado, UCLA, Louisville, Auburn, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech’ are the programs he’s heard from so far,” Wiltfong posted.
Hayden, unfortunately, may be the victim of an overcrowded RB room in Columbus. The Buckeyes unexpectedly returned star back TreVeyon Henderson this spring, also landing Ole Miss transfer Quinshon Judkins in the portal.
A former four-star recruit in the 2022 cycle, Hayden tallied 663 total rushing yards during his time at Ohio State. He also logged six touchdowns.
We’ll keep an eye on the chatter surrounding the former Buckeye back.
