The lehighvalleylive scholastic pound-for-pound wrestling rankings have a new member this week.

This is an attempt to identify the top 10 wrestlers in the region regardless of weight class – and as usual cutting the list off at 10 is very hard.

It’s more for fun than anything else, and we hope it is taken in that spirit. It does matter at one time: picking the LVL all-area wrestling team. Anyone on the P4P top 10 is automatically on the first team, even if that means two or even three first-teamers from one weight class.

1. Jr. Kollin Rath (34-1) Bethlehem Catholic, 150/152 pounds. Last time: 1

2. Sr. Ayden Smith (39-2) Notre Dame, 113/114 pounds. Last time: 2

3. Sr. Sean Kinney (28-1) Nazareth, 285 pounds. Last time: 3

4. Jr. Tahir ‘Tig’ Parkins (30-2) Nazareth, 138/139 pounds. Last time: 4
