- As per the filing, Carnival Corp or its selling shareholders may sell from time to time shares of common stock and preferred stock, debt securities, warrants to purchase securities, purchase contracts, and units.
- Carnival plc may also from time to time sell debt securities.
- The filing does not necessarily indicate that a sale has begun or will occur in the future.
- Carnival (CCL) intends to make the net proceeds from the prospectus available for general corporate purposes.
- Carnival Corp & plc will not get any proceeds from the resale of securities by selling shareholders.
