Tarta de manzana al horno con crema pastelera y hojaldre, fácil y rápida

Sorprende a todos tus invitados en tu próximo encuentro con esta tarta manzana con crema pastelera y hojaldre que te presentamos hoy. Un postre delicioso, muy sencillo de preparar y con un resultado tan vistoso, ¡que parecerá de pastelería!

La preparación del postre es muy sencilla, solo tienes que poner el hojaldre en el molde y hornearlo unos minutos mientras preparas la crema para rellenar el interior, cubrirlo con gajos de manzana y coronarlo con una flor hecha con láminas de manzana. Una vez hechos estos sencillos pasos, solo te quedará hornear y disfrutar.

Tarta de hojaldre con crema y manzana Para 4 personasIngredientes

  • 1 lámina de hojaldre
  • 500 mililitros de leche
  • 40 gramos de maicena
  • 1 piel de limón
  • Azúcar avainillado
  • 2 yemas de huevo
  • 3 manzanas rojas

Paso a paso

  1. Hornea la base

    Precalienta el horno a 180ºC con calor arriba y abajo. Cubre con papel vegetar un molde de tarta y fórralo con el hojaldre. Pincha la base con la ayuda de un tenedor. Cubre la masa con papel sulfurizado y añade garbanzos sobre esta para evitar que la masa se abombe durante la cocción. Hornea la base de la tarta durante 10 minutos.

  2. Prepara la mezcla

    Reparte la leche en 2 recipientes, en uno de ellos disuelve la maicena y la lehce restante, ponla en un cazo y llévala a ebullición junto con la piel de limón y el azúcar avainillado. Deja reposar durante 3 minutos y después añade las yemas.

  3. Prepara la crema

    En una cazuela une la leche infusionada con la leche mezclada con maicena y cuece sin dejar de remover hasta que espese.

  4. Monta la tarta

    Una vez tengas la crema lista, rellena la base de la tarta con esta. Corta unos gajos finos de manzana y colócalas en la parte superior de la tarta a modo de decoración. Reserva algunas para escaldarlas en agua y después de escurrirlas, forma una flor con ellas en el centro de la tarta.

  5. Hornea y sirve

    Cubre el molde con papel sulfurizado y hornea durante 15 minutos, destapa y cuece 5 minutos más la tarta. Deja enfriar, desmolda y alucina con el resultado.

Un truco para la receta

Dale un toque final cítrico a tu tarta rallando piel de lima para después espolvorearla por encima de la manzana de la tarta. Vas a sorprender a tus invitados con la combinación de sabores tan espectacular que se consigue con este postre.
