‘Supreme Court favours PM Modi in crucial verdicts’: CPIM leader’s big charge
In a scathing attack, CPI(M) politburo member MA Baby stated that the Supreme Court favours Prime Minister Narendra Modi in crucial verdicts. Addressing a gathering in Kerala’s Kannur, he even questioned whether the Supreme Court should not be ashamed of favouring PM Modi.
The CPI(M) leader’s allegations came after inaugurating a get-together of former teachers at the state conference of the Kerala School Teachers Association (KSTA) at Municipal Higher Secondary School in Kannur on Saturday.
Stating parliamentary democracy is under attack, Baby said, “Without resorting to Fascism directly, PM Modi will get his job done. Even the Supreme Court ensures to pronounce verdicts that do not cause any harm to the PM.
“The Supreme Court verdict on Abrogation of Article 370 was an insult to the history of the judiciary in the country.”
The CPI(M) leader said he is not scared of a case being registered against him as he will be able to at least say all these things in front of the Supreme Court.
