The critics are having their say!

Chelsea Handler hosted the 2024 Critics Choice Awards Sunday night, live on The CW.

Going into the awards show, Barbie led with the most nominations of any movie, with a record-breaking 18 nods. The other best picture nominees were American Fiction, The Color Purple, The Holdovers, Killers of the Flower Moon, Maestro, Oppenheimer, Past Lives, Poor Things and Saltburn.

On the television side, The Morning Show had the most nominations of any series, six total, followed by Succession’s final season getting five nods.

Harrison Ford received the Career Achievement Award during the ceremony, along with being nominated for his supporting performance on the comedy series Shrinking. Barbie star America Ferrera also received the eighth annual SeeHer Award, delivering a powerful speech.
