Una victoria del FC Barcelona en el clásico dejaría la distancia entre el Barça y el Real Madrid en cinco puntos con 18 todavía por disputarse. Una diferencia importante pero no insalvable y es por eso que el discurso oficial de Xavi Hernández es insistir en que todavía hay Liga y que no se pueden bajar los brazos hasta que los números lo digan. Tal y como contamos en AS, la arenga del técnico azulgrana justo después de quedar eliminados en la Champions fue esa, que había que ir a por el Real Madrid y sin excusas.

La afición del Barcelona, en cambio, parece ser que no es tan optimista porque no se desplazará en masa al Santiago Bernabéu para presenciar en directo el partido. De hecho, el club azulgrana no ha organizado ningún viaje oficial (ni en autocar, tren o avión) porque las entradas que le facilitó el Real Madrid para sus seguidores no se han agotado.

Hay más de un motivo que podría explicar el por qué el aficionado culé no quiere estar presente en casa del eterno rival para animar a su equipo en un partido clave para seguir soñando con dar la campanada en LaLiga. Puede ser por la poca fe en acabar remontando en la competición doméstica, hasta cierto punto lógico, pero también por los precios de las entradas. Pese a que al inicio de temporada LaLiga quiso fomentar el desplazamiento de las aficiones rivales con precios populares, las localidades que facilitó el club madridista al Barcelona no son a este precio reducido.

Para presenciar el clásico del domingo, la entrada más económica para el público en general era de 125 euros (4º anfiteatro en ambos goles) y la más cara, sin tener en cuenta las VIPS, era de 445 euros. Unos precios que echan para atrás a muchísima gente en un duelo que siempre despierta interés en todo el mundo pero que tampoco es decisivo del todo a nivel de clasificación.

Así que al Barcelona de Xavi Hernández no le quedará más remedio que intentar ganar en el Santiago Bernabéu sin el apoyo de un grueso importante de sus seguidores, todavía afectados por la eliminación de la Champions por el PSG.
