One of the Sunshine State’s top high school football signal callers has trimmed his list of schools down to less than a dozen.
Thursday afternoon, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett, Lake Mary High School’s 4-star sophomore quarterback Noah Grubbs named his final 10 universities he is considering after his prep playing days.
The list of schools is Auburn, Florida, Miami (FL), Michigan, Ohio State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Texas A&M and UCF.
Grubbs had a breakout 2023 season in leading the Rams to a 10-2 record. Last fall, the sophomore completed 208-of-354 (58 percent) passes for 3,670 yards and 49 touchdowns.
Lake Mary will open up the 2024 season in the Broward County Classic and take on Cardinal Gibbons.
