Josh Harris must make considerable improvements to ace his ownership of the Washington Commanders.

An NFLPA report card rated the Commanders last among all 32 teams. They failed multiple categories, with their locker room and training room each receiving an F-minus.

Discussing those poor grades with NBC4 Sports Washington, Harris noted that the report interviewed players right around the time his group seized control of the organization from the Snyder family. He’s intent on fixing these shortcomings.

“I’m not an F-minus guy,” Harris said. “I didn’t even know you could get an F-minus. Obviously, we’ve jumped all over that.”

Harris said they’re “clearly” focused on improving the team facilities. General manager Adam Peters and head coach Dan Quinn left the NFL meetings to speak to architects working on an overhaul.

“We’re trying to make a lot of changes quickly,” Harris said. “The NFL player community is a small community. The NFL coaching community is a small community. We want to be a place that everyone says, ‘That’s a great place to be.’ And therefore, we need to upgrade that facility, and we are upgrading that facility.”

Harris claimed they have “a lot more planned” to bolster the playing experience in D.C.

“Everything we can do right now to make our players feel great about coming to work, feel comfortable, feel well taken care of, we’re going to do,” he said.
