On Thursday evening, the Denver Nuggets are facing off against Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center.
During the first half, Jamal Murray made NBA history by becoming the 183rd player to make 900 career three-pointers.
In addition, Murray is the first player in Nuggets history to reach 900 threes.
Murray came into the evening with averages of 19.7 points, 3.9 rebounds and 6.2 assists per contest while shooting 46.9% from the field and 45.4% from the three-point range in 21 games.
The Nuggets are the third seed in the Western Conference with a 24-11 record in their first 35 games.
They are 8-2 over their last ten games and most recently defeated the Charlotte Hornets by a score of 111-93.
In 27 minutes of playing time, Murray had 25 points, three rebounds, seven assists, two steals and one block while shooting 7/16 from the field and 5/9 from the three-point range.
Following the Warriors, the Nuggets will host the Orlando Magic on Friday evening in Denver.

Murray was the seventh pick in the 2016 NBA Draft and has spent his entire career with Denver.
Last season, he helped lead the franchise to the first seed in the Western Conference and the 2023 NBA Championship over the Miami Heat.
His career averages are 17.1 points, 3.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.0 steals per contest.
