'It's only hair' Suzanne Jackson takes the plunge with a brand new look for summer
Suzanne Jackson is not a woman to mess around that’s for sure!
On Thursday, she posted a gorgeous photo enjoying cocktails in Dubai, admitting to her followers that she had removed her hair extensions, and was toying with the idea of going even shorter…

Roll on Saturday and the beauty guru has already taken the plunge and chopped her hair into a very blunt French bob- and we are absolutely loving the end result!

Just last week, Suzanne attended the annual VIP Style Awards wearing a stunning white cut out dress- but the standout detail was without a doubt her waist length black hair, that was styled into beach waves.
However, she didn’t hang on to the hair too long, and was photographed earlier this week with her hair extensions removed and her natural hair just below her shoulders.

Once Suzanne uttered the idea that she might go even shorter, one of Ireland’s top make-up artists Paula Callan was one of the first to comment suggesting her bone structure was perfect for a French bob – and the masses agreed.
She filmed the process from wild natural hair, through a consultation with Jane Walsh at Red Velvet Hair Salon that resulted in Suzanne changing up her highlights and getting the sleek cut to her jawline.

For anyone who has yet to brave a shorter style, don’t be fooled… by cutting her hair up so short, rather than making like easier Suzanne has only created work for herself as short hair is a lot harder to style- but she doesn’t care, she’s thrilled with the look.

‘I did it’, she said with a laughing emoji. ‘It’s only hair, and it grows back…. At the beginning we did a little consultation, then I got a tint, highlights & toner… and then of course the [chop]. Now to play around styling it over the coming weeks.’

A slew of admirers were extremely impressed with Suzanne decisiveness in her changing look- including bride-to-be Erin McGregor who confidently declared ‘ oh it’s the year of the bob baby’… She should know, having done the same recently.
We have to say we are big fans too! Can’t wait to see Suzanne’s red carpet looks with her new image.
