There’s nothing quite like a bowl of Cheerios to help you fuel up for the day. While the original flavor always does the trick, the abundance of other varieties offers many ways to enjoy this tasty cereal.
Between the Maple Flavored Cheerios and the Pumpkin Spice Cheerios, there are a lot of sweet flavors we’ve enjoyed getting our hands on over the years. Now, General Mills is offering a new limited-edition flavor for the spring and summer months and bringing back a fan favorite just in time to celebrate all the sunshine and warm weather.
General Mills Launches New Peach Mango Cheerios
General Mills recently added a brand-new addition to its Cheerios lineup for the season. Meet Peach Mango Cheerios, a flavorful mix of perfectly ripe fruit in each spoonful. Now, you can grab a box of Peach Mango Cheerios at Walmart for a deal of two mid-sized boxes for $6 or two family-sized boxes for $9.
Fruity Cheerios Also Makes a Comeback
General Mills is also bringing back its popular Fruity Cheerios for the warmer months. This fan-favorite cereal will be available at select retail stores starting this month, including Kroger, Walmart, Albertsons, and Target. You can grab a large box for $6.88 or a family-sized box for $7.17.
The online community is already talking about these flavorful cereal options. Instagram food account markie_devo recently posted about them, saying, “As a proud member of team Cheerios, I’m happy to say Peach Cheerios is returning with added Mango. That’s not all.. Fruity Cheerios is back in action.”
Many were quick to comment, with one asking, “OMGGGGG don’t play with my emotions! Is this real ?!?” Others said, “Peach mango does sound good,” and, “So happy to see fruity Cheerios back!”
Instagram’s candyhunting also announced, “Fruity Cheerios are headed back to shelves now.” Some said they had already spotted the flavor in their local stores: “I found them yesterday, and it was a pleasant surprise! i was just thinking about how i missed them.”
