Caste census should be used for overall development of society: RSS

The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has said it does not oppose caste census, but clarified the census should be used for the progress of the society. The organisation also said there should not be politics over it.

This comes days after one of the RSS’s functionaries opposed the census.
