Ahtisa Manalo, Alexie Brooks make it to Top 5 of Miss Universe Philippines challenge
Three delegates who topped the online poll of the “Swimsuit Challenge” of the 2024 Miss Universe Philippines pageant have also garnered the most votes in the interview poll.
Alexie Mae Brooks from Iloilo City, Ahtisa Manalo from Quezon Province and Patricia Bianca Tapia from the Filipino community in Hawaii also made it to the Top 5 of the “Up Close & Personal” interview challenge, after also leading in the swimwear voting.
“Pilipinas, you have spoken! Here are the TOP 5 delegates in the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 UP CLOSE & PERSONAL Interview Challenge,” the national pageant posted on social media on May 6.
Joining the three in the leaderboard were Stephanie Faye Gerona from the province of Quirino and Christi McGarry from Taguig City.
“Their placement was determined purely by your votes, so make sure that you vote for, and support your favorite delegates in our other challenges,” the Miss Universe Philippines pageant said.
The winner in each challenge will automatically place in the semifinals. In case of a tie, the organization will determine the winning delegate.
The other delegates can still catch up through the much-awaited “Runway Challenge,” that has already opened up for voting.

Reigning queen Michelle Marquez Dee will relinquish her Miss Universe Philippines title to her successor at the culmination of the coronation show at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasau City on May 22.
