As reported by Mail Sport the Hammers want to add another centre forward and winger for new boss Julen Lopetegui so are looking to recoup funds where they can and bring down the age of their squad.
Meanwhile, a return to Craven Cottage would see Sessegnon reunite with the club where he first made his name.
He played 125 times for Fulham and scored 25 times across three season in the Championship and Premier League before joining Tottenham for £25million in 2019.
Sessegnon is nearing a return to full fitness and will be keen for regular first team action.
