Sam Frost was struggling with her ensemble as she attended a Dyson event in Sydney on Tuesday night.
The former Home and Away star looked chic in a cream look, but at one stage almost suffered a wardrobe malfunction as her top slipped off her shoulders.
The 35-year-old opted for an off-white bustier with thick straps, but she failed to wrangle them, with one strap sliding off her shoulder.
Sam was quick to pull it back up before she exposed more than she planned to on the red carpet.
The actress added a pair of wide-legged trousers and open-toed heels that gave a peek at her red manicure.

She wore her dark blonde locks down around her face in soft waves and skipped the accessories but for some gold rings.
It comes after Sam and her fiancé Jordie Hansen announced their latest project in March.
The pair are hosting their very own adventure series with their one-year-old son called Jordie, Sam & Ted's Adventures.

Home and Away star Sam Frost shares first look at new TV project: 'We are about to head off on an epic adventure'
Sam and Jordie announced their engagement on July 7, 2022 and welcomed Ted on March, 7 2023.
The couple are yet to marry, revealing on The Morning Show that they have other priorities.
'To be honest, I'm the one putting the brakes on it,' Sam told the show's hosts.
'It is just so expensive! It's hard to justify spending so much money because we want to buy a house, and now we've got a baby.'
She went on to explain that the pair will marry eventually, but they are in no rush a the moment.
'We will eventually, but I think that the moment. Our focus at the moment is little Teddy,' she said.
