The performance comes as Megan opened up about the true meaning behind her new album Timeless during a candid chat on The Zoe Ball Breakfast show on Friday.
Joining Boy George and Kit Harington on Friday, the hitmaker, reflected on her motherhood fears and revealed she started working on her latest record a week after her second C-section.
She said: 'When you have babies you are like 'oh this is the meaning of life' and I have to live forever.
'So you start getting that fear like 'oh no, I have to live forever, and now I'm scared' so I called it Timeless because I wish I was timeless.
'I want to write music that's hopefully possibly timeless,' she said.

The American songwriter had also lift the lid on working with singer and rap icon T-Pain, who is one of her major inspirations.
'I love him so much. He's my favourite artists of all time, he inspires me so much. Being able to work with him was my dream.
'He gave me my first ice chain that I didn't dare bring around the world because I was too nervous.'
