Sydney’s unprecedented housing crisis has the New South Wales government reaching for radical reforms just three days from the state budget.
Among its plans, the state government is considering playing “guarantor” for home buyers.
It's hoped the idea speeds up the delivery of the 75,000 new homes needed across the state each year to meet national targets to address the housing crisis.
