Lady Gabriella Windsor seen for first time since husband's tragic death by suicide
Lady Gabriella Windsor was seen attending Trooping the Colour today, marking her first public appearance since the tragic passing of her husband. The Royal Family was deeply saddened by the loss of Thomas Kingston, who passed away at his family's £3million Gloucestershire mansion in February, with authorities stating there were "no suspicious circumstances."
An inquest revealed that Mr Kingston suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head on 25 February, at the age of 45. Thomas Kingston, a former hostage negotiator and financier, was the son of Martin and Jill Kingston, who have owned the grand mansion since 1996.

A spokesperson for the Gloucester Ambulance Service confirmed their attendance at a private residence in the Cirencester area, saying: "Gloucester Police have confirmed an ambulance from Gloucester Ambulance Service attended a private residence."
Following her husband's death, Lady Gabriella, daughter of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, has reportedly moved into Kensington Palace, not wishing to stay alone in the house they once shared, reports the Mirror.

A heartfelt statement from Lady Gabriella Kingston, Mr Martin and Mrs Jill Kingston, Mrs Joanna Connolly, and Mrs Emma Murray read: "It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Kingston, our beloved husband, son and brother."
They added: "Tom was an exceptional man who lit up the lives of all who knew him. His death has come as a great shock to the whole family and we ask you to respect our privacy as we mourn his passing."
A Buckingham Palace spokesperson conveyed: "The King and the Queen have been informed of Thomas's death and join Prince and Princess Michael of Kent in mourning a cherished family member. Specifically, Their Majesties extend their deepest thoughts and prayers to Gabriella and the entire Kingston family."

Devastated Royal - Lady Gabriella is second cousin to Charles, both being great-grandchildren of King George V - tied the knot with Mr Kingston in a lavish ceremony at St George's Chapel in Windsor in 2019, witnessed by the late Queen. According to the Daily Mail's Diary Editor, Richard Eden, Lady Gabriella was part of the King's birthday festivities along with other Royal kin.
Bucking his tradition of horseback riding, the King was spotted in a carriage, cheerfully waving a gloved hand to supporters alongside The Queen, also seen greeting the crowd. Kate, Princess of Wales, graced the event with her presence, marking her first public appearance post-announcement of her cancer fight.

In an intimate message shared yesterday, a grateful Kate expressed she has been "blown away by all the kind messages of support and encouragement" but cautioned she isn't "out of the woods yet. I am learning how to be patient, especially with uncertainty. Taking each day as it comes, listening to my body, and allowing myself to take this much-needed time to heal."
Both the Princess of Wales and the Palace have stated that her upcoming duties, including Trooping the Colour, are not confirmed as they will depend on her health condition. The Princess has expressed her intention to carry out work, while the Palace mentioned that plans could be altered at the last minute.
