A popular pantry meal sold in Woolworths stores across the country has been pulled from shelves over fears it contains a hidden allergen.
Indya Foods' Ashoka Palak Paneer 280g was urgently recalled on Saturday as its packaging failed to declare the presence of cashews in its listed ingredients.
Products with the best before date of June 15, 2025, are included in the recall.

Food Standards Australia New Zealand urged Woolworths shoppers who have a cashew allergy to check their products.
'Consumers who have a cashew allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed,' Food Standards said.
'Consumers who have a cashew allergy or intolerance should not consume this product. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice.'
Consumers are urged to return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
