‘Not getting into speculation’: Paul Fletcher addresses AEC proposal to abolish North Sydney electorate
Liberal MP for Bradfield Paul Fletcher has refused to speculate about who would run in his seat at the next election with the federal seat of North Sydney set to be abolished under the Australian Electoral Commission's new proposed boundary changes.

North Sydney could be spread across neighbouring electorates Warringah, Benelong and Bradfield if the proposal goes through.
Independent MP Kylea Tink took the North Sydney seat in 2022 and refused to reveal whether she would run in a neighbouring electorate like Bradfield.
"What's important is the choice is being made by the people of Bradfield and not by an unelected billionaire's son from Melbourne," Mr Fletcher told Sky News Australia.
