Mike Golic's Wife Condemns Disrespect Towards WNBA Legend
Last week, the renowned WNBA figure Rebecca Lobo shared a video on her social media account addressing her recent encounter at one of her child's basketball games.
Lobo mentioned that she has been coaching her son's basketball team for quite some time and then proceeded to recount an incident involving a referee at a recent game.
Lobo recalled an incident in which, after disputing a foul call with the referee, she was told, "This is a grown man's game; this is not a women's game."
The sports community rallied behind Lobo, as fans and colleagues in the media criticized the referee's actions.

Lobo's original video regarding the incident was posted online a few days ago.
"Been coaching my son’s basketball teams for the past six years. Something new happened today. It wasn’t awesome."
Mike Golic's wife, Christine Golic, commented on this story, saying, "You've got to be kidding me."
Lobo spent most of her WNBA career with the New York Liberty, where she became a WNBA All-Star. She also won a National Championship with UCONN and a gold medal with Team USA at the 1996 Olympics.
