Suleiman, Boboye win NPFL’s Player, Coach of the Month awards

Akwa United forward, Sani Suleiman has won the Nigeria Premier Football League Player of the Month award for May/June.

It is the second time Suleiman will be winning the award this season.

The striker netted five goals in the period under review for the Promise Keepers.

Suleiman scored 11 goals for Akwa United in the 2023/24 season.

Meanwhile, Sunshine Stars head coach Kennedy Boboye won the Coach of the Month award.

Boboye beats Bayelsa United’s Meremu Okara, Niger Tornadoes’ Majin Mohammed and Ranger’s tactician Fidelis Ilechukwu to the award.
