Wexford Holland & Barrett store set for move to a shop that’s been vacant for a decade
Health food shop Holland & Barrett is set to move its Wexford town operation in the coming weeks, although the international chain won’t be moving far.
Set to close up shop at 83 North Main Street where it has operated for a number of years, Holland & Barrett will instead relocate to 16 North Main Street.
Major renovations are ongoing at the new location, formerly Cullens, which is next to New Look and management will be hoping to increase footfall with the short move.
The soon-to-be vacated property at 83 North Main Street is now available to rent from €35,000 per year through Sherry Fitzgerald Radford, while Kehoe & Associates handled the deal to see the health food shop move to its new location, having been listed at €42,000 per year.
The new premises is also marginally bigger at 191sqm, compared to the 142sqm at the old premises.
